Business Objectives

Our objectives and goals are as follows:

⦁ Establish Victoria Helping Veterans as a Leading Resource Center: Our primary objective is to become a recognized and trusted resource center for veterans in Osceola County, Florida, and surrounding areas. Through the provision of comprehensive support services, including disability claims assistance, mental health resources, emergency services, and educational workshops, we aim to meet the diverse needs of our veteran community.

⦁ Achieve Accreditation as a Veteran Service Representative: We are committed to attaining accreditation as a Veteran Service Representative, enabling us to provide expert guidance and advocacy to veterans seeking disability benefits and other entitlements through the VA system. By adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, we seek to streamline the claims process and maximize benefits for our clients.

⦁ Enhance Operational Efficiency and Sustainability: We are committed to optimizing our operational processes and financial sustainability to ensure the long-term viability and impact of Victoria Helping Veterans. By leveraging technology, implementing best practices, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, we aim to maximize our organizational efficiency and resource utilization

⦁ Host Seminars and Workshops: To empower veterans with knowledge and skills, we intend to host regular seminars and workshops focused on topics such as VA benefits, financial literacy, employment opportunities, and mental health awareness. Through these educational initiatives, we strive to equip veterans with the tools they need to navigate post-service life successfully.

Organize Biannual Retreats for Veterans with PTSD/MST: Our objective is to organize biannual retreats specifically designed to support veterans coping with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) and MST (Military Sexual Trauma). These retreats will provide a safe and nurturing environment for healing, camaraderie, and personal growth, promoting holistic well-being among participants.

⦁ Expand Outreach and Partnerships: We aim to expand our outreach efforts and cultivate strategic partnerships with local VA agencies, veteran charities, community organizations, and businesses. By fostering collaborative relationships, we seek to enhance our capacity to serve veterans effectively and address emerging needs within the veteran community.
